Where do you ship from and how long does delivery take?

We ship from our fulfillment partners in the US and internationally. Standard delivery takes 7–15 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $35. Orders under $35 have a flat shipping fee of $3.99.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, contact us at hello@novupet.com and we’ll make it right — no questions asked.

Are your products safe for pets?

Absolutely. Every product we carry is made from pet-safe, non-toxic materials. Our slow feeder bowls are BPA-free food-grade silicone, and our beds use hypoallergenic vegan fur.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, the order is sent to our fulfillment partner and cannot be changed. Please email us immediately if you need to make changes.
